Apartment hunting. Last night, at 9ish, the guy Frances (roommate) and I sublet from, let himself into our apartment, stuck his head into my room, and said “Hey man, you guys have to out of here in 30 days.” Obviously the fact that he let himself into our apartment left me completely off guard that I almost didn’t comprehend what he just had said. I’m not going to get into the possible reasons why, but I will say that neither of the reasons have anything to do with anything I did.

This sucks. Already checked out one apartment. Very much not into it. Wish me luck.
